A & B Provincials Teams Advance to Provincials

In the A League best-of three series to see who advances to the Provincial Championships in Langley, top seed Coquitlam eliminated eighth seed Nanaimo, third seed Maple Ridge vaquished sixth seed New Westminster and fourth seed Victoria knocked out fifth seed Delta, all in two games, while second seed Langley took out seventh seed Port Coquitlam in three games.

In the B League best-of three series, top seed Coquitlam, second seed Delta and third seed Ridge Meadows all return to the Provincials for a second straight year after dispatching their opponents, sixth seed Langley, fifth seed North Shore, fourth seed Port Moody respectively - the first two in two games, the third in three games.

Exhibition Series with USBOXLA All-Stars Team

After successful series in 2014 & 2015, the US Box Lacrosse Association U18 All-Stars are back for 2016.  They play exhibition games against five of our A League teams from June 26th to July 2nd - please refer to the A League schedule for dates, times.

2015 Provincial Championships Wrap-up

The Langley Warriors hosted the 2015 BC Intermediate Provincial Championships the weekend of July 31st - August 3rd at the George Preston Recreation Centre.

Congratulations to the Victoria Shamrocks for winning the gold medal in the A Division by defeating the New Westminster Salmonbellies, who come away with the silver, 14-7 in the final game of the 2015 Intermediate Provincial Championships Monday, August 3rd. 

Earlier in the day, the Coquitlam Adanacs defeated the Langley Thunder 12-8 to take the A Division bronze medal.

In B Division action, the Cowichan Valley Thunder won the provincial crown with a 9-5 decision over the 2014 champion Coquitlam Adanacs in gold medal match.

In the first game of the day, the Delta Islanders upset the Ridge Meadows Burrards 7-5 to win the B Division bronze medal.

2015 Final League & Team Statistics Posted

Congratulations to Dennon Armstrong and Christian Del Bianco of Coquitlam for finishing on top of A League scoring and goaltending, respectively.  Congratulations also go out to Anthony Buono of Coquitlam and Cam King for finishing on top of A League scoring and goaltending, respectively.

In the A League best-of three series to see who advances to the Provincial Championships in Langley, top seed Coquitlam knocked out eighth seed Burnaby, second seed New Westminster took out seventh seed Delta, and fourth seed Victoria vanquished fifth seed Maple Ridge, all in two games.  Finally, sixth seed Langley eliminated third seed Port Coquitlam 2-1 to join the other three teams.

In the B League best-of three series, top seed Coquitlam, second seed Ridge Meadows and third seed Delta dispatched their opponents, sixth seed Langley, fifth seed Port Coquitlam, fourth seed Port Moody respectively, in two games to advance to the Provincials.

Congratulations to Gene Regier for being re-elected as the Chairman of the BCILL for the 2015 season!

On a separate note, Langley has been awarded the 2015 BC Intermediate Provincial Championships, to be held July 31 - August 3 at the George Preston Recreation Centre.

The Richmond Roadrunners hosted the 2014 BC Intermediate Lacrosse Championships August 1-4, 2014 at Minoru Arena, 7551 Minoru Gate, Richmond, BC.

Congratulations to the Port Coquitlam Saints for winning the gold medal in the A Division by defeating the Victoria Shamrocks, who come away with the silver, 14-10 in the final game of the 2014 Intermediate Provincial Championships Monday, August 4th. 

Earlier in the day, the Coquitlam Adanacs defeated the 2013 provincial champion Maple Ridge Burrards 12-7 to take the A Division bronze medal.

In B Division action, the Coquitlam Adanacs won the provincial crown for a second straight season by again going undefeated for the tournament including a 13-9 decision over the Cowichan Thunder in gold medal match.

In the first game of the day, the New Westminster Salmonbellies knocked off the Quesnel Wildfire 12-7 to win the B Division bronze medal.
